Dealing with someone who is passive aggressive:
- Hold eye contact
- maintain the benefit of the doubt
- give a warning shot: "I don't know why we're talking about this"
- call it out: "What are we doing here? What are you trying to do?"
- if it continues, remove yourself from the situation
