Simon Hoiberg. Simon has a very cool and fun way of explaining advanced business concepts to developers. Rob Walling. Rob's YouTube channel does an excellent job of explaining all the core concepts you need to learn as a founder. He's also written several books on the subject and is involved in funding many new startups.

    1. Is ITIL Losing Importance Due To SaaS? ITIL is a set of procedures and practices of IT service management when we mistakenly believe that we don't have to worry about that in SaaS. However, ITIL has many aspects and facets that encompasses running IT in an organization. Moreover, it is not a checklist for the implementation of specific services in specific environments.     1. The only complaint about Twitter I remember that hasn't already been addressed here is the capability of editable 'toots.' Is that a possibility? That won't happen. There's actually a good reason why they don't do that. It's simply because you could make a toot about one thing, have people favorite it and share it, link it from other places, and then suddenly, it says 'Heil Hitler,' or something.

      This is an incredibly interesting analogy to me. So much SaaS companies are just bloating their products more and more and it's difficult for teachers and schools to choose which to use because of "feature" overload.
