It was written in a book that 5x3 cards have an aspect ratio close to the golden ratio (1.618) .
The hazard ratio

I don't believe it was addressed in this piece, but the general desire of women for men the same age or older is also relevant. I've read elsewhere that the supply and demand dynamics on Tinder and other dating sites become so unbalanced for moderately successful men (even nerdy types) in their early-30s that there are dozens of women trying to "catch" them. This makes it even less likely that they settle down just when their options are increasing. And attractive, smart, caring women who want to get married arrive at age 30 and find that the 40:60 ratio from college has turned into 10:90 when an "eligible" man means 30+, still single, educated, high salary, tall, etc.
It is confirmed by anecdotal experience that men are more desirable after their 30s when they have achieved success or wealth accumulation. Women have it harder at this age to find a qualified partner.

In part in order to heighten his praise of Aldus as the ideal printer, Erasmus noted by contrast that most printers, given the absence of regulations, “fill the world with pamphlets and books [that are] . . . foolish, ignorant, malig-nant, libellous, mad, impious and subversive; and such is the flood that even
things that might have done some good lose all their goodness.”198 The overabundance of bad books drowned out even any good bits that might be present among them.
And we now say these same sorts of things about the internet and social media.
David Fisman. (2021, December 15). HEPA air cleaners in hospital...lets compare cost to ECMO. ECMO course in the US costs around $93,000 CDN; US cost:charge ratio is around 0.2, so let’s say that’s $20,000 CDN. That’s the cost of 50 high end hepa air cleaners! Or you could do 250 CR boxes at around $80 a pop. [Tweet]. @DFisman. https://twitter.com/DFisman/status/1471259305961828355
There are ways to create aspect-ratio sized boxes in HTML/CSS today. None of the options are particularly elegant because they rely on the “hack” of setting a zero height and pushing the boxes height with padding. Wouldn’t it be nicer to have a platform feature to help us here?

"The first known calculation of the golden ratio as a decimal was given in a letter written in 1597 by Michael Mästlin, at the University of Tübingen, to his former student Kepler. He gives "about 0.6180340" for the length of the longer segment of a line of length 1 divided in the golden ratio." from https://mathshistory.st-andrews.ac.uk/HistTopics/Golden_ratio/
An intrinsic ratio means an element will maintain its aspect ratio when resized. Think of an img with max-width: 100%. Change the width of its parent and it’ll change the size while keeping the same shape (aka. its aspect ratio).

We see that ImageMagick is very good about preserving aspect ratios of images, to prevent distortion of your favorite photos and images. But you might really want the dimensions to be 100x200, thereby stretching the image. In this case just tell ImageMagick you really mean it (!) by appending an exclamation operator to the geometry. This will force the image size to exactly what you specify. So, for example, if you specify 100x200! the dimensions will become exactly 100x200 (giving a small, vertically elongated wizard)
However, the gain ratio is the most important metric here, ranged from 0 to 1, with higher being better.
we will have amplified the intelligence of the human by organizing his intellectual capabilities into higher levels of synergistic structuring.
The realization that any potential change in language, artifact, or methodology has importance only relative to its use within a process' and that a new process capability appearing anywhere within that hierarchy can make practical a new consideration of latent change possibilities in many other parts of the hierarchy—possibilities in either language, artifacts, or methodology—brings out the strong interrelationship of these three augmentation means.

The ideal aspect ratio is 3:2. When the image width is 200 pixels, the height should be about 133 pixels. If your height value is substantially different, crop the image to avoid distortion in the thumbnail.
I noticed that it's blurry, at least for me, when I use paint for this. Rather, I used my computer's default app; snipping tool, and uploaded it onto http://resizepic.com/ to resize the image into exactly 200x133 pixels and it was not blurry.
We know what happens to unhealthy projects over a long enough time period, more maintainers leave, contributions eventually fall, and if we’re lucky users leave it. When we aren’t so lucky adoption continues and years later we’re plagued with security and stability issues in widely adopt software that can’t be effectively maintained. The number of users a project has is a poor indicator of the health of the project, often it is the most used software that suffers the biggest contribution crisis.
