“It sure smells like the prescreening provisions of the FCRA,” Reidenberg told The Intercept. “From a functional point of view, what they’re doing is filtering Facebook users on creditworthiness criteria and potentially escaping the application of the FCRA.”

“the process of acquiring syntactic and lexical competence” in a language does not happen in a semester or in a year
taking the time to read over what past consultants have worked on with this writer can be important to reinforcing the skills taught. comprehensive reporting is important as well. It's not enough to say that you worked on X with a writer; expand on where you think their progress is at. have they become proficient in this skill or is further support/reinforcement needed?

“If Facebook is providing a consumer’s data to be used for the purposes of credit screening by the third party, Facebook would be a credit reporting agency,” Reidenberg explained. “The [FCRA] statute applies when the data ‘is used or expected to be used or collected in whole or in part for the purpose of serving as a factor in establishing the consumer’s eligibility for … credit.'” If Facebook is providing data about you and your friends that eventually ends up in a corporate credit screening operation, “It’s no different from Equifax providing the data to Chase to determine whether or not to issue a credit card to the consumer,” according to Reidenberg.

If you frequent the Overwatch sub-Reddit, or any forum that regularly discuses the game, you will have no doubt ran into many reports of players getting abused by others during matches, especially in Competitive Play.
Finally game companies figured out reporting system to decrease cheating. However, some inevitable problems are still no ignorable. Although reporting system has made cheating detection more accurate and effective, there could also be some malicious reports that can have honest players be banned. So each solution has its advantages and disadvantages and both of them would be deadly.

The language of the article is OK, but I'm afraid it needs some work several places to improve clarity, e.g. by rephrasing or simplification.
Some of the data (the CSV files) has been shared on Figshare and cited as such, but I am missing the raw data of the extracted RDF annotations as well as the scripts used for extraction.
The HTML file of the article in RASH format has for some reason not been submitted as an additional file (only cited by URL) -- perhaps this was not supported by PeerJ's submission system?
The RASH framework and associated software is referenced by GitHub URLs, but without using versioning. For archival purposes and future availability I would appreciate a Zenodo or Figshare archive of a tagged/version of the software, cited using DOI.
