Coverage of Silicon Valley increasingly reminds me of coverage of China, where a legacy media reporter might parachute in, write a dispatch on something that looks deranged, and leave without moving past caricature.
this rings true.
Data centers are not the only source of this information. Public enterprises that maintain the networks have this information too, and can (must) be mandated to share with RVO.
Odd phrase. Yes, aggregates might become public at EU level, but does not preclude Chapter II, which is not mentioned here as viable option From 2025 reporting is mandatory, so what changed? Did the EDD contain a timehorizon for mandatory reporting?

what does the EDD speicfy here? Has it been amended in the environment omnibus last month?
We need to learn from others. Wise leaders will realize that they need to learn from other people who have good ideas and will invite suggestions from them. They will recognize that other people are important and help them feel that they are an important part of the organization or family.
interesting point about reporting: - this is a way for the leader to learn from the subordinates their good ideas and strategies
To GHG Protocol’s credit, the organization does ask companies to report location-based figures alongside their Rec-based figures. Despite that, no company includes both location-based and market-based metrics for all three subcategories of emissions in the bodies of their annual environmental reports.
I don't think there is any concept of locationbased and market-based emissions in the other scopes right now - it's only a scope 2 thing.
I think people need to understand we are up against an event 00:36:00 that is one of six in Earth's history like hurtling towards it at an outrageous Pace in order to kind of galvanize especially leaders

I want to point out that it’s disappointingly rare for UX studies to assess the quality of the work produced with the tool that’s being studied. Output is, after all, the goal of much computer use, and the quality of this output is an essential element in judging the user interface.
Agreed, much of user testing focuses on the experience of the user when using the tool and depends upon users speaking to voluntarily making the quality of output part of their evaluation of the tool.
A possible counter: UX research professionals are not subject matter experts in the work deliverables generated in using the tool and not equipped to assess the quality of those deliverables. But that doesn't address the need the author calls out. Solving this will depend on the domain in which the tool is used and connecting with SMEs that can evaluate output in that domain.
In educational technology, we measure the quality of output by measuring the growth in students' mastery against state standards as they use the tool. This is why reporting has become the key feature for EdTech products.
Sweden showing leadership that's what we always hear is that the Sweden Australian leader at least we did here 00:24:14 until quite recently maybe we're still hearing it now I don't know um you know Sweden's emissions are down quite considerably from from their 1990 levels but we hear the same thing in the UK I mean what's interesting if you've got the cops you know every country in 00:24:26 the world is leading on climate change the emissions are still going up which is a little strange either the physics is lying or some of the leaders are lying one or the other um
!- inconsistency : emissions reporting - Many COP countries claim their emissions are way down, yet global emissions keep rising.

We report the first neural recording during ecstatic meditations called jhanas and test whether a brain reward system plays a rolein the joy reported. Jhanas are Altered States of Consciousness (ASC) that imply major brain changes based on subjective reports:(1) external awareness dims, (2) internal verbalizations fade, (3) the sense of personal boundaries is altered, (4) attention is highlyfocused on the object of meditation, and (5) joy increases to high levels. The fMRI and EEG results from an experienced meditatorshow changes in brain activity in 11 regions shown to be associated with the subjective reports, and these changes occur promptlyafter jhana is entered. In particular, the extreme joy is associated not only with activation of cortical processes but also with activationof the nucleus accumbens (NAc) in the dopamine/opioid reward system. We test three mechanisms by which the subject mightstimulate his own reward system by external means and reject all three. Taken together, these results demonstrate an apparentlynovel method of self-stimulating a brain reward system using only internal mental processes in a highly trained subject.
I can find no other research on this particular matter. It would be helpful to have other studies to validate or invalidate this one. This method of reward requires a highly-trained participant and involves no external means.

Sentry supports un-minifying JavaScript via Source Maps. This lets you view source code context obtained from stack traces in their original untransformed form, which is particularly useful for debugging minified code (e.g. UglifyJS), or transpiled code from a higher-level language (e.g. TypeScript, ES6).

taking the time to read over what past consultants have worked on with this writer can be important to reinforcing the skills taught. comprehensive reporting is important as well. It's not enough to say that you worked on X with a writer; expand on where you think their progress is at. have they become proficient in this skill or is further support/reinforcement needed?
“If Facebook is providing a consumer’s data to be used for the purposes of credit screening by the third party, Facebook would be a credit reporting agency,” Reidenberg explained. “The [FCRA] statute applies when the data ‘is used or expected to be used or collected in whole or in part for the purpose of serving as a factor in establishing the consumer’s eligibility for … credit.'” If Facebook is providing data about you and your friends that eventually ends up in a corporate credit screening operation, “It’s no different from Equifax providing the data to Chase to determine whether or not to issue a credit card to the consumer,” according to Reidenberg.
If you frequent the Overwatch sub-Reddit, or any forum that regularly discuses the game, you will have no doubt ran into many reports of players getting abused by others during matches, especially in Competitive Play.
Finally game companies figured out reporting system to decrease cheating. However, some inevitable problems are still no ignorable. Although reporting system has made cheating detection more accurate and effective, there could also be some malicious reports that can have honest players be banned. So each solution has its advantages and disadvantages and both of them would be deadly.
