Family: father has history of epistaxis but never eamined prior to study. Father has the Arg760Cys mutation at heterozygous level. Mother is asymptomatic and classified as hemophilia A carrier following hemophilia A diagnosis in son. Mother also has the Arg91Gln mutation in exon 20 at heterozygous level.
Molecular Phenotypes: mild decrease in plasma FVIII and VWF levels, normal platelet VWF content, decreased FVIII binding capacity of VWF. Causes retention of pro-VWF(suggest defects in the maturation process of VWF). Abnormal VWF and platelet GPIb interaction(documented by impaired or absent RIPA and decreased VWF:RCo).

rooted in the very systems of oppression we teach our students about: white supremacy, settler colonialism, and the intersections of racial capitalism, imperialism, and patriarchy. For practitioners and students who’ve actually taken an Ethnic Studies class, such allegations are confusing, because many of us have found Ethnic Studies to be sites of empowerment, love, joy, and discovery, having made life-changing impacts for generations of students.
ES instead of teaching hate, teaches the opposite of so. Here is a duality in that the people who look at the study find it confusing and indoctrinated. While the students find it empowering and useful knowledge to understand how and why of life? If we stand to ignore these two question then we fail to exist as a human race. In some manner daily more there is more of us as then those that spread hate. the professor said “WE STILL HAVE THE POWER”

This made me start to rethink whether globalization is a process of "flattening". Indeed, phenomena such as the rise of India and China, as well as production outsourcing, may seem like globalization has increased opportunities for everyone, but I think this is only superficial. There are actually many imbalances behind it, such as some places where cheap labor has become the bottom of the supply chain, while large companies in developed countries have taken the lead.
