ty".88 William Temple, when advocating, in 1770, that poor children be sent at the age of four to work-houses where they should be employed in manufactures and given two hours' schooling a day, was explicit about the socializing influence of the process: There is considerable use in their being, somehow or other, constantly employed at least twelve hours a day, whether they earn their living or not; for by these means, we hope that the rising generation will be so habituated to constant employment that it would at length prove agreeable and entertain- ing to them .... .9
Of course now the pendulum, for at least some, has swung the other direction and we now talk about over-scheduling our children.

BlackRock employs a stable of former policymakers, underscoring the importance the company occupies in both financial and policymaking ecosystems, in something akin to a shadow government entity.[157] Good government groups have documented 118 examples of “revolving door” activity by the company—cases in which a government official joined BlackRock’s roster, or vice versa.[158] In one particularly troubling example of how Washington’s revolving door operates, in 2017, a former BlackRock executive was put in charge of reviewing the FSOC’s work for the Treasury Department.[159] Unsurprisingly, the Department’s conclusion was that FSOC should “prioritize its efforts to address risks to financial stability through a process that emphasizes an activities-based or industry-wide approach,” the company’s preferred position.[160] This conclusion all but ensures that BlackRock will not be designated for greater regulation by the FSOC under the Trump administration.
To Big To Fail? Above The Law? Shadow Government?
The term "shadow government" comes up often when investigating Revolving Door partnerships between corporations and former government policymakers. One particular public corporation, BlackRock Investments is the poster child of revolving door activity and comparisons to a shadow government.
BlackRock is front and center in the manipulation of todays Real Estate bubble.
BlackRock should be marketed as;*The Largest Asset Manager and Keeper of The Neo-liberal Flame; We Kill Children to Make You Money and We Enjoy Doing It!*

I wanted to do better for myself and for my family, and I felt like that was like a big motivation right there. That push you just need, because you see stuff and you're like, "Dude, I hope that when I have kids, they don't have to go through that." And yeah, that was the push that kind of—

SARS-CoV-2 positive children
Some children present with severe secondary effects in response to COVID-19, similar to Kawasaki disease, termed multisystem inflammatory disease in children (MIS-C). MIS-C patients present with higher frequencies of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and lower levels of IL-17A, ESDN and TNF-β (1, 2, 3, 4). Additionally, children with MIS-C demonstrate an increase in IgG antibodies but low IgM antibodies (2). Data suggests that binding of autoantibodies to proteins involved in immune cell signalling and in within the vasculature might explain the autoimmune reactivity contributing to MIS-C pathology (2, 4).

One gripe I've had with this approach is that you lose the visual cues that you're passing children into the Box component; they now aren't nested within the Box when you render them like we're used to in HTML; it's now up to you to read the props and spot which ones are being used to provide children.

Why will you children insist on giving parties!”
I doubt the children had much to do with this, consider Laura's apathy for the silly boys she dances with, or Laura's desire to end the party on the account of Scott, or how Jose felt it was too late to call it off, rather than feeling like she would be personally upset to call it off. These parties are the adults ideas, but Sheridan likely has trouble accepting such a vapid pass-time as worth while, her ego is a mess, because its such a pointless endeavor, and that's why she must convince herself that it's the children's idea.

The previous example contained a default slot, which renders the direct children of a component. Sometimes you will need more control over placement, such as with this <ContactCard>. In those cases, we can use named slots.
This is a nicer solution than react children props, which is only clean if you pass in a single child.
The React children prop is an unregulated wild west where people are free to use the prop almost any way they want (including passing in a function).
I kind of like how Svelte provides a standard, consistent API, which doesn't have the limitations of React childern.
